Automatic generating: procedure

Once data has been collected (via import or manual entry) and constraints are defined, the timetable can be generated automatically—with a single click inside the Wise Timetable graphical interface.

Flexibility is always preserved: administrators can combine manual and automatic scheduling by locking fixed lectures and leaving the rest to the system. In cases where certain lectures cannot be scheduled due to constraints, Wise Timetable generates everything possible and presents the unscheduled items in a clear list—ready for manual placement (with the option to override constraints if needed).
